Before HP acquired it, Compaq developed a state-of-the-art facility at
its Houston campus to build, store and distribute personal computers.
Diamond Head Principals provided simulation models, analysis and
recommendations for the automation systems and operations at the
facility, and later for realigning the entire North American supply
chain operations (facility and inventory locations) as the company
experienced rapid growth.
